Cricket Victoria and National Refugee Week will again come together for the 2018 Refugee Week Indoor Cricket Carnival.

The indoor carnival celebrates National Refugee Week by providing non-profit refugee and resettlement organisations the opportunity to enter six-a-side teams representing their respective organisations.

The inaugural event last year was an overwhelming success with over 50 participants and 11 teams participating in the one-day event.

This year we welcome Police and Community teams, hopefully initiatives like this will help to break down barriers or perceptions, build bridges and just make the lives for people from new and emerging communities better and happier.
