The winter solstice is a time for reflection and deepening our resolve as the darkest days turn towards the light, we will dance deep to emerge victorious! As part of Refugee Week we will be donating all the proceeds to the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre, to support those on Manus, Nauru and in Australia.
A special event bringing community together to help protect, empower and support asylum seekers. Express yourself through your dance, there is power in intention and collective gathering of community, stand together, dance together!
Ecstatic Dance is a free form dance practice that invites you to move authentically, to dance with out thought or choreography but to allow the body's innate wisdom to surface. There will be minimal guidance before the music takes you on a journey into ecstatic dancing.
